I have no issue with the actual oil change. What I do have an issue with is being told your techs “inspected” my vehicle and 12 items failed and numerous other need attention, of which most had been done already within the last year at a different facility. To be told my valve cover has a significant leak and then take it to another mechanic, show them the video ai was given and they inspect it and say no leak, etc. looking at mileage/year is not the same as “inspecting” a vehicle. Telling customers they have failed items that may not (def were not in my case) actually failed based on mileage seems unethical and borderline fraudulent. A better wording may be to say “per the manufacturer specs, your mileage shows x,y,z is due to maintain the vehicles optimum performance” etc.
