They were fast and friendly, as usual. The problem is that this visit was for a recall for an engine cover that could potentially catch on fire. The "fix" they did was to simply remove the cover and throw it away! That's not a fix! If there had been an issue with a hood latch, would they have removed the hood and thrown it away? I'd like to know what is going to be done to replace the defective engine cover.
