2 hour wait for oil change a little long . I was there at 7:30 am. one if not the first and still took 2 hours.

The service consultant with whom I interacted, I think that it was Zach Harris, was very helpful and friendly, as in previous service visits to Vorderman. Fortunately, no serious issues were identified in my Jetta, so the service was completed in only about an hour and a half.

I continue to make my 10,000 mile appointments at Vorderman Volkswagen because I know I am getting proper service for my Jetta. I know the correct fluids and torque specs will always be utilized, and that is important to me. I like to wait in the customer lounge during most of my services. Very relaxing and it is nice to see what new VW models are available. Thank you, Vorderman!
