    I want to give a big shoutout to David P. He made the whole experience very easy and I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. He was informative and communicated with me throughout the process. The shuttle driver was also very pleasant and welcoming.

    The service center is so slow and provides little communication. They’ve had my car for 6 days now, and I haven’t even gotten a time estimate for repair completion nor a loaner vehicle.
